Brittany Sanchez Pulls Double Duty at 2007 MORE Race for a CURE
A big thanks goes out to DIRTnewz Racing for the use of their Major Performance Race Motor, thanks to them and our crew for cramming in extra hours to get the old 5/1600 going again. Brittany will start the day behind the wheel of the #557 with her co-driver from last year, Janet Westhoff. Brittany and Janet work well together and both have experience racing off road. Janet has raced with her son on many occasions and knows what the Barstow desert has to offer. Brittany started racing in a 5/1600 with her father and boyfriend a few years ago, she now co-drives in the Westhoff Motorsports #1691 in the MORE series. Brittany recently helped bring the DIRTnewz Racing #553 to victory at this years SCORE Primm 300.
Westhoff Motorsports will debut a brand new paint scheme on the #1691 this weekend. We would like to thank everyone who helped make this race possible, without our dedicated crew there is no way we would have both racecars complete by this weekends races. Thanks to Joey, Tom, Charlie, Josh, Matt and Zach for putting in countless hours the past few weeks and getting both cars done in record time.

For
the second year in a row Westhoff Motorsports' team manager and co-driver,
Brittany Sanchez, will get behind the wheel for the MORE Race for a
CURE this weekend in Barstow, California. This year Brittany will be
pulling double duty as she will race in both races of the day. All proceeds
raised at this event will directly benefit the Cedar Sanai Women's Breast
Cancer Research Center. Last year the event raised over $15k for Breast
Cancer Research and we are hoping to raise even more this year. 
With
only an hour between races, Brittany will quickly jump out of the 5/1600
and buckle into the Westhoff Motorsports #1691 for the second race of
the day. Renee Westhoff will strap in the right seat for her first time
ever as a co-driver. These two drew dead last out of sixteen 1-2/1600
cars and are ready to fight their way to the top.
